About Me
My name is Toni and I am a qualified reflexologist. Throughout my life, I have always been the go-to person for foot rubs in my family. Feet are fascinating and can tell us so much about what's going on in our body, from the sensitive and tender areas, pain spots, congestion, to where we hold stress.
I have worked in traditional roles in a self employed capacity for the last 20+ years, mostly in the public health and sustainable transport sectors. And I loved these projects. A few years ago I experienced for myself the benefits of reflexology and decided to do some formal studies, so I gained a Diploma in Reflexology. This is where my own business - Barefoot Bliss Reflexology - was born. I am so excited about being part of this wellness community.
Reflexology helps break the stress cycle by providing an opportunity to reach a deep, rejuvenative, delicious, blissful state of relaxation so the body can recalibrate itself, rest and heal.
Who has experienced that feeling of euphoria after a restorative yoga class, or a long deep sleep, or a meditation session? The floaty, lovely sense of well being and peace. Reflexology does this.
That’s the gift I want to share with people through reflexology. The bliss of deep relaxation and healing. Whether it’s through the feet, hands or ears.
